Is it possible to change buses so I can sit with my friends?

Yes, absolutely! Just send an email to Totally, and we’ll make sure to help you out.

Can I sign up if I’m not from DTU?

Yes! Everyone is welcome to join, even if you are not a DTU student.

What is the deadline for submitting guide applications?

The deadline is 13th of September 23.59 – make sure to send your application before then!

Can I still catch the bus if I have an exam on the same day from the 3-week course?

Yes! Don’t worry — the bus will not leave before everyone has finished their exam.

What happens if I can’t fill all the beds in my room?

You can either pay an empty bed fee and enjoy the extra space, or leave the spot “open” so others can book it. We’ll also create a thread where people can post if they have an empty bed and would like to fill it.

Am I really going to make memories for life on this trip?
